Our xmas stay was not what we expected but the big room and the views of the mountains from the balcony were amazing. the spa complex had a hot sauna and a pool that were great for relaxation. the best part was the cable car included in the package, which took us to the ski resort.
The location of the hotel. We had to drive for almost an hour to reach the hotel from the suggested location, and the weather was not helpful either.

Had a decent view of the mountains and the fireplace really set the mood for a cozy new year's eve. The food was pretty good and they offered a variety of dishes, including vegetarian options. The ski slopes were a stone's throw away, and the skiing experience was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the well-trained ski instructors.
There were no toiletries in the bathroom, and we had to ask for them, which was a hassle. The rooms were not very well soundproofed, and we could hear people talking in the corridors late at night.
